Beautiful flowers and a gorgeous arrangement

I Will always use finishing touch for future purchases, their bouquet arrangement is first class and having a mixture of open and closed flowers on delivery mean they will look great for a while if maintained as instructed. customer service is excellent and they will keep you informed of any issues for example, they were not able to get a certain type of flower due to delivery issues and recommended an alternatives with the choice to still go ahead or not.

On Thursday I contacted you to ask if it was possible to deliver some flowers to my parents in Wragby. There followed some confusion as I struggled to book online without success (probably my lack of technical skills!!) The lady I spoke to was amazing! So kind and patient and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and took my order by phone. The delivery got to my parents that day and they couldn’t have been more thrilled!! Over the years I have used many company’s to send them flowers for various occasions including Interflora and Next but my parents said they have never had such a wonderful arrangement ever and sent me pictures to show me, it looked incredible! I just wanted to say a massive thank you for making their day. I will not look elsewhere again when I want to send flowers I will definitely be coming back to you! Many Thanks
